  Please for your own sake don’t use HML Andertons. Why? Well, as soon as I moved into a property managed by HML Andertons I was greeted by a bill for "increased price of payment"’. I called to clarify this sudden increase in price since my solicitor had informed me of the original and much lower price a month before. I was told someone would be getting back to me. No-one did. It soon became clear that the payment made to HML Andertons did not go towards the upkeep of the property, not even the grass being cut.
  
  It went towards an increased insurance policy due to the fact rudimental work had been carried out on the up-keep of the property and the insurance provider (HML's recommendation) had deemed this repair was due to structural damage and therefore increased the price of the policy. This however is not what three fully comprehensive structural surveys concluded. The rest of the money goes to HML Andertons to “manage” the property. I was niave to think they work in the best interest of the occupiers and secure them the most cot effective solutions.
  
  After two meetings with HML Andertons employees and their promise of finding a cheaper insurance provider with the three structural surveys as proof of no structural damage nothing happened. After further emails, calls and letters still, nothing happened.
  
  After realising that this company didn’t have the capacity, professionalism or customers care I decided to move. The property went on the market, a new home was found and potential buyers were scheduled to visit. Unbeknown to me another residents landlord had requested gas works to be carried out. The Contractor had sent out permission and confirmation of the works to let the other property owners aware. Two weeks went by with no reply from HML Andertons. The contractor rightly assumed they would not reply and work started. I had no idea of the situation and had not been informed so when the first potential buyers arrived they were greeted by four giant holes, gas safety barriers outside the property and a few workers taking the liberty to have lunch sitting on my bench outside the property.
  
  I am genuinely grateful that I am now free of the incompetent, unprofessional, unorganised and carelessness of HML Andertons. If you would like a fairly priced provider with basic customer service then please don’e use HML Andertons.
