All the carers are trained in every aspect : hoisting, feeding, bathing, using medical equipment etc, before they are allowed to begin caring. Not once have we been let down, if necessary the management will cover calls themselves in the event of sickness or other reasons. If you require a good reliable care agency with trained friendly competent carers and management , this is the agency to choose.
