  As a food inspector and food safety officer I spend my days traveling the food An drink establishments in and around East Sussex
  On coming to this cafe myself and my colleague found the following , although the cafe is under refurbishment the general state of the the cafe is very clean however the large number of flys that anoy you wile you eat needs to be addressed!!!! This is partly due to fact they leave the doors wide open front the street so the flys are free to come and go ,
  
  The main problems that we found both myself and my colleagues on saprate occasions is the male who works there by the name of peter or Pete eats his food putting his hands to his mouth then emidietly handles the food to cook for Customers and myslef !! He handles the dirty cloths to wipe tables touches his nose a lot then gose on to handle customers food for preparation or actual cooking he also likes to lick his fingers An hardley ever washed his hands between handling dirty table cloths or mops or down in the cellar An then proceeds to handle and cook food , he is constantly touching his hair and handling food he has no qualifications to handle and prepare food and should be wearing a hat An gloves An learning to stop touching his own body parts and dirty objects used for cleaning then going straight to prepare or cook food ,
  
  We also observed a female we believe to be called nelly or belly who was unkept her hair was lose and very dirty and she smelled of damp this is not good she wears a pointless head scarf wich does not cover all her hair with all her dirty dandruff or wotever it was dropping off her hair !!!!
  
  Also as regards to both of these members of staff we found that peter and nelly or belly would be talking about other customers once they had left to other customers and some of the customers they would talk about would be clearly mentally disabled in some way
  
  We found the lady by the name of Nicky to be very polite nice freindly and hygienic and professional ,
